Enable Agents for Employee Users
Assign permission sets, enable org-wide preferences, create sharing rules, and activate the Public Sector agents on the Employee Experience portal so platform users can access the Complaint Resolution, Skills-Based Candidate Sourcing, and LPI Assistance agents.

Before you enable the agents:
- Public Sector is enabled in your org.
- Your org has the Employee Experience for Public Sector add-on license.
- For the LPI Assistance Agent, the relevant policy documents are uploaded to the Agentforce Data Library so the agent can answer questions about policies and licensing.

Assign these permission sets to each platform user.
- Rule Engine Runtime
- Agentforce for Public Sector for Employee Community
- Industries Assessment
- Public Sector Access
- Prompt Template User
- Data Cloud User

Clone the Employee Experience for Public Sector permission set
and grant Read access to these objects through Object Settings.
Then assign the cloned permission set to platform users.
- Assessment Question
- Assessment Question Set
- Assessment Question Version
- Assessment Question Assignment
- On the Platform User profile, turn on Run Flows and Run Decision Tables.

Create sharing set rules for these objects so platform users can access the records
that the agents need.

Enable the Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections skills for the Employee Community.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector, and then select Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector.
- Turn on Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections Skills for Employee Community.

Enable the Complaint Management skills for the Employee Community.
- From Setup, go to Feature Settings | Public Sector Solutions | Einstein Generative AI Settings | Agentforce for Public Sector: Employee Community.
- Turn on Complaint Management Skills.
- Activate the agents on your Employee Experience portal.
