            What Hiring Managers Can Do on the Employee Portal

            Hiring managers can review submitted applications, update application stages with the Path Assistant, and use the Einstein Summary component to quickly understand each application.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.

            Hiring managers open each submitted application from the Employee Experience portal and complete these tasks.

            • Update the application stage with the Path Assistant.
            • Read a concise summary of each application that the Einstein Summary component generates with the Summarize Application Form prompt template.
            • Compare similar applications and decide which candidates to advance.
