          LPI Assistance Agent on the Employee Experience Portal

          Employees can use the LPI Assistance Agent on the Employee Experience portal to find policy information and identify the licenses, permits, and inspections that apply to their situation.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.

          The LPI Assistance Agent answers employee questions about agency policies and licensing requirements, asks clarifying questions to determine which licenses and permits apply, and provides links to apply for the required licenses.

          Set Up the Agent

          To set up the agent and the underlying configuration, see Constituent Agent for LPI Assistance with Agentforce.

          To grant platform users access to the agent on the Employee Experience portal, see Enable Agents for Employee Users.

          Upload the relevant agency policy documents to the Agentforce Data Library so the agent can answer questions about policies and licensing requirements.
