LPI Assistance Agent on the Employee Experience Portal
Employees can use the LPI Assistance Agent on the Employee Experience portal to find
policy information and identify the licenses, permits, and inspections that apply to their
situation.
The LPI Assistance Agent answers employee questions about agency policies and licensing
requirements, asks clarifying questions to determine which licenses and permits apply, and
provides links to apply for the required licenses.

Upload the relevant agency policy documents to the Agentforce Data Library so the agent
can answer questions about policies and licensing requirements.
