Pubblicare note nei riepiloghi delle interazioni per evitare ulteriori modifiche. Ad esempio, pubblicare una nota di interazione per proteggere l'integrità della documentazione ufficiale dell'intervista di un testimone chiave. La nota può quindi servire come prova in un'indagine.
Chiedere all'amministratore di impostare un processo di approvazione per consentire alle parti interessate di rivedere le note e, se approvate, di pubblicarle automaticamente.

Un altro utente concede l'accesso in lettura e scrittura alla nota di interazione quando la condivide con l'utente.
