            Add the Extracted Data Field to the DCI Page Layout

            Add the Extracted Data field to the Document Checklist Item page layout so admins and agents can view the data that Document AI extracts from a resume.

            Required Editions

            View supported product editions.
            Note
            Note Available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions where Agentforce for Public Sector is enabled. Requires Public Sector - Service - Agentforce 1 Edition for this feature.
            Note
            Note Public Sector Solutions is now Agentforce Public Sector. You may see references to Public Sector Solutions in Salesforce applications and documentation.

            Before you begin: Complete the steps in Configure a Document Type for Application Documents.

            1. From Setup, go to Object Manager.
            2. Find and open Document Checklist Item.
            3. Click Page Layouts, and then open the relevant layout.
            4. In the Fields panel, find Extracted Data and drag it to the Information section.
            5. Save the layout.
