Grant the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector access to complaint and regulatory code
records, ingest the records into Data Cloud, and create a search index that the Complaint
Resolution Agent can query.
Grant the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector the system permissions it needs to ingest
Public Sector records.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets,
and then select Permission Sets.
Select Data Cloud Salesforce Connector, and then click
System Permissions.
Turn on these system permissions: Provides access to Complaints
Management features and objects, Grant users access to
Public Sector features, and Allows internal org users to
access Investigative Case Management objects and features.
In the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector permission set, open Object
Settings and grant Read access to all fields on these
objects.
Public Complaint
Regulatory Code
Create the data streams that ingest complaint and regulatory code records into Data
Cloud.
From the App Launcher, open Data Cloud.
Go to Data Streams | New | Salesforce CRM | All Objects.
Create a data stream for the Public Complaint object. Set Category to
Other and deploy the stream.
Create a data stream for the Regulatory Code object. Set Category to
Other and deploy the stream.
For each data stream, open Data Mapping and create a custom
data model object.
Create a hybrid search index. Select the Complaint Summary field for chunking, and add
the Status field as a filter.
Assign the Data Cloud User and Agent Platform
Builder permission sets to the admin user.
