            Set Up Similar Complaints Agent Actions

            Add the agent actions and prompt templates that let the Complaint Resolution Agent find similar complaints, similar unresolved complaints, and similar complaints against the same perpetrator.

            Required Editions

            1. Add the Find Similar Complaints agent action and the Get Record Details agent action.
            2. Add the Find Similar Unresolved Complaints agent action.
            3. Add the Find Similar Complaints Against Perpetrator agent action and its corresponding flow.
            4. For each agent action, add the corresponding prompt template and select the matching retriever.
