          Hiring managers can use the Skills-Based Candidate Sourcing Agent on the Employee Experience portal to identify candidates by skill, convert profiles into leads, and send personalized outreach emails.

          The Skills-Based Candidate Sourcing Agent helps hiring managers find candidates whose skills match a job posting. The agent extracts the required skills from a prompt or directly from the job posting, retrieves matching candidates, converts selected profiles into leads, and sends personalized outreach emails. Hiring managers can also track lead status from the portal.
