Työnantajat voivat käyttää Taitoihin perustuva ehdokkaiden hakemisto -agenttia Työntekijän kokemukset -portaalissa tunnistaakseen ehdokkaat taidon perusteella, muuntaakseen profiilit liideiksi ja lähettääkseen henkilökohtaisia viestintäsähköposteja.
Taitoihin perustuva ehdokkaiden hakemistoiminto auttaa palkkauspäälliköitä löytämään ehdokkaita, joiden taidot vastaavat työviestiä. Agentti noutaa vaaditut taidot kehotteesta tai suoraan työviestistä, noutaa vastaavia ehdokkaita, muuntaa valitut profiilit liideiksi ja lähettää henkilökohtaisia viestintäsähköposteja.
