데스크톱 앱을 사용하여 검사 수행

검사 방문 시작

데스크톱 앱에서 방문을 시작합니다.

1. 공공 부문: 검사 관리 앱의 앱 탐색 메뉴에서 예약된 검사를 선택합니다.
   
2. 현재 날짜에 예약된 검사를 검토합니다.
   • To filter the visits, click , and then filter by priority, status, or date.
   • To sort the visits, click , and then sort by date and time or priority.
3. 방문을 선택합니다.
4. 다음 작업을 수행합니다.
   • To see the tasks to complete for the inspection, go to the 과업 tab.
   • To see visit and task notes, go to the 비고 tab.
   • To see special instructions, details related to the inspection, and account information for the applicant, go to the 세부 사항 tab.
5. 검사를 시작하려면 방문 시작을 클릭합니다.
   

검사 과업 완료

데스크톱 앱의 체크리스트에서 과업을 완료합니다.

1. 방문 페이지에서 과업 탭으로 이동합니다.
2. 체크리스트를 완료합니다.
   • Enter or select values for assessment questions and results. Depending on how your administrator has configured assessment indicator statuses, some results, such as Fail, automatically create a regulatory code violation. Or, on the Regulatory Code Violations related list, click New.
   • To read the applicable regulatory code, click 규제 코드 보기.
   • To add images to support your observations, click 파일 업로드.
   • To take notes, click the 새 노트 quick action.
   • If required, record your signature or the signature of the appropriate contact.
