Een inspectie uitvoeren met behulp van de desktopapp

Een inspectiebezoek starten

Start uw bezoek in de desktopapp.

1. In de publieke sector: Selecteer in het navigatiemenu van de app de optie Geplande inspecties.
   
2. Controleer de inspecties die voor u zijn gepland voor de huidige dag.
   • To filter the visits, click , and then filter by priority, status, or date.
   • To sort the visits, click , and then sort by date and time or priority.
3. Selecteer een bezoek.
4. Voer een van deze acties uit.
   • To see the tasks to complete for the inspection, go to the Taken tab.
   • To see visit and task notes, go to the Notities tab.
   • To see special instructions, details related to the inspection, and account information for the applicant, go to the Details tab.
5. Klik voor het starten van de inspectie op Bezoek starten.
   

Inspectietaken voltooien

Voltooi de taken in de controlelijst in de desktopapp.

1. Ga op de bezoekpagina naar het tabblad Taken.
2. Voltooi de controlelijst.
   • Enter or select values for assessment questions and results. Depending on how your administrator has configured assessment indicator statuses, some results, such as Fail, automatically create a regulatory code violation. Or, on the Regulatory Code Violations related list, click Nieuw.
   • To read the applicable regulatory code, click Regelgevingscodes weergeven.
   • To add images to support your observations, click Bestanden uploaden.
   • To take notes, click the Nieuwe notitie quick action.
   • If required, record your signature or the signature of the appropriate contact.
