Definities van de gegevensverwerkingsengine aanpassen voor import van offerteregelitems
Wijzig de definitie van de gegevensverwerkingsengine als u gebruikers aangepaste velden wilt laten importeren. Transactiebeheer gebruikt deze definitie om offerteregelitems te verwerken nadat een gebruiker een CSV-bestand heeft geüpload.

Download voordat u begint de bestaande sjabloon.
- Zoek en selecteer in Set-up Gegevensverwerkingsengine.

Klik op
die overeenkomen met Offerteregelitems maken op basis van een CSV-bestandssjabloon en selecteer Downloaden.
Omdat het type uitvoeringsplatform van de definitie Kern is, kunt u deze niet openen in de visuele definitiesamensteller.

Open en bewerk het gedownloade JSON-bestand. Houd u aan deze vereisten tijdens het aanpassen.
- Behoud de standaardwaarden voor de velden definitionRunMode, executionPlatformType en processType.
- Behoud de knooppunten Get_Related_Quote_Line_Items_Relationships_and_Attributes en Consolidate_and_Write_Quote_Line_Item_and_Its_Related_Records om standaard onderliggende regelitems te maken voor gebundelde producten en standaardkenmerken van offerteregelitems.
- Onderhoud de parameter Offerteregelverwijzing in het aangepaste knooppunt Get_Related_Quote_Line_Items_Relationships_and_Attributes en het knooppunt Consolidate_and_Write_Quote_Line_Item_and_Its_Related_Records.
- Stel de waarde van het veld isTemplate in op false (onwaar).
- Gebruik de API-naam voor aangepaste veldaliassen en wijzig het suffix __c in _c.
Gebruik bijvoorbeeld de alias SpecialInstructions_c voor het aangepaste veld SpecialInstructions__c. - Gebruik de BatchCalcJobDefinition-API om de bijgewerkte definitie van de gegevensverwerkingsengine te uploaden.
- Selecteer de bijgewerkte definitie in het veld Definitie van gegevensverwerkingsengine voor het importeren van offerteregelitems.
Voorbeeld
In dit voorbeeld omvat de definitie specifieke knooppunten en logica voor het verwerken van gegevens.
- Het knooppunt Unieke producten ophalen gebruikt een aggregatiefunctie om unieke productcodes te tellen uit gefilterde offerteregelitemrijen.
- Het toegevoegde knooppunt combineert offerteregelitemrijen met en zonder productverkoopmodellen.
- Het knooppunt Offerteregelitem consolideren en schrijven en het bijbehorende gerelateerde records consolideert offerteregelitems, relaties en kenmerken. Vervolgens worden ze samen naar doelobjecten geschreven.
- Filters beperken rijen op basis van de invoervariabele QuoteId en identificeren producten zonder verkoopmodellen.
- Expressievelden identificeren lege verkoopmodellen en bepalen standaardwaarden voor StartDate en SubscriptionTerm.
