            Important considerations and limitations for Data Consumption Framework for Record Alerts.

            • There’s a limit of 20 record alerts on the Alert FlexCard. When configuring the FlexCard, set the maximum number of Alerts to show as 20 or less.
            • Use only one active external source to retrieve alerts from your external system—Apex Class or Data Consumption Framework. If you use both, you see duplicate alerts in the Alerts FlexCard.
            • Connect API can retrieve only alerts configured in Record Alert Data Source.
