Get Started
Before you begin, make sure Agentforce is enabled for the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile
app. On the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app, tap the agent icon, and then type in
your query. If multiple agents are active, select your preferred agent from the list to
interact with. To use voice commands to ask your query, tap the microphone and allow access
to the use of microphone.
Limitations for Agentforce on Consumer Goods Cloud Mobile App
These UI options aren’t functional on the Agentforce page in the mobile app:
The More Options menu.
The action on the title bar. Tap Back to exit the
Agentforce page and return to the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app page.
Navigation links or actions in the agent response. For example, View and Edit.
(iOS only) The Agentforce page title appears as AF_AGENTFORCE. This will be fixed in a
future release.
(Android only) Profile pictures are not supported in Agentforce chatbox.
