Before you create an planogram check task type, you must create and associate these records.

          Required Editions

Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
          • Create an Image record in the Image object representing the planogram at a store.
          • Associate these to a Retail Store:
            • Products.
            • In-Store Locations: Associate every in-store location with an In-Store Location Category.
            • Association the Product to the In-Store Location
            • Associate the Image to the In-Store Location
          • Associate the Retail Store to a Retail Store Group.
          • Define these while creating a Retail Store KPI:
            • Retail Store Group: Select the Retail Store Group that you have associated with the Retail Store.
            • In-Store Location Category: Select the In-Store Location Category to which the Image is associated. The In-Store Location Category sets up the link between an In-Store Location of a Retail Store and the Retail Store KPI.
            • Assessment Indicator Definition for Product or Product Category at the same In-Store Location Category.
            • Planogram: Select the Image record.
            • KPI Type: Depends on the Assessment Indicator Definition.
              • For product facing or empty shelves related Assessment Indicator Definitions, select Facings.
              • For share of shelf related Assessment Indicator Definitions, select Share of Shelf.
              • For availability of stock related Assessment Indicator Definitions, select Out of Stock.
