Start a Visit
The Visits page shows all assigned visits. And you can create visits.

To start a visit, tap the visit. A visit’s home page shows this information.
Tasks: View the list of tasks assigned to you for a particular store. The tasks are sequenced by your sales manager. If you don’t see any tasks on this tab, tap Overview to see if your manager provided special instructions. You can also gather insights by following the visit instructions.
Notes: View notes from previous visits.
Overview: Your one-stop shop for all the information you need about a store. View store details, account details, special instructions, previous visits, and previous orders.
Start Visit: Tap this button to start a visit and trigger a timer.
Note To ensure that you
record visit completion times accurately, click Start Visit only after
you reach the store and review your Tasks, Notes, and Overview.
Important You can't edit the visit status or actual visit start time. The start and
end actions of a visit determine and set the visit status value. When you start the visit, the
visit status and actual visit start time populate automatically.
