Tillgängligt i Lightning Experience i Professional, Unlimited och Enterprise Editions som har Consumer Goods Cloud aktiverat.
Du kan se alla associerade anteckningar på fliken Anteckningar för varje besök. Du kan också skapa anteckningar för varje uppgift och enkelt identifiera uppgiftsanteckningarna efter namnet på respektive uppgift.
För varje anteckning visas också tidpunkten då anteckningen skapades.
Klicka på Mer högst upp på sidan och klicka sedan på Ny anteckning för att skapa en ny anteckning.
