            Enable Agentforce Sidebar On Consumer Goods Cloud Mobile App

            To turn on the Agentforce side bar in your Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app, enable a sync setting.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses.
            User Permissions Needed
            To configure sync settings: CGCloud Mobile Sync Admin
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Sync Configuration.
            2. In Sync Configuration, click Sync Settings.
            3. From the User Settings section of the Sync Settings page, select the Agentforce Sidebar checkbox. Turn on Agentforce for either all users or specific users.
            4. Save your changes.

            Restart the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app and verify that the sidebar appears on the mobile app page.
