Update the Generate Usage Summary Flow
Update or replace the elements that have the deprecated Data Processing Engine definitions with the elements that use the new Data Processing Engine definitions.

Important The flow element names match the standard flow template. If you
customized the flow element names, refer to the flow template.
- In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
- Select the Generate Usage Summary flow template.
- If you’ve cloned the flow and activated an overridden version of the flow template, then select the overridden flow.
- If you’re updating the overridden flow, in the Flow Builder toolbar, click Deactivate.

Replace the Generate Usage Summary action element.

Find the Generate Usage Summary action element, and then click
before the action element.
- Select the action element, and then in the Actions panel, click Data Processing Engine.
- In the list of Data Processing Engine definitions, select the name of the new Data Processing Engine definition.
- Enter a label, API name, and description for the action element.
- Select Manually assign variables (advanced), and then in Batch Job Id, find and select GenerateUsageSummaryJobId.
- Select the Wait for Usage Summary Generation wait element. In the Job Status Changed wait configuration, remove the reference to the Generate Usage Summary action element.
- In the Job Status Changed wait configuration, create a condition with the new action element as the resource, Was Visited as the operator, and true as the value.
- Close the Wait element.

Click
for the Generate Usage Summary action element, and then click
Delete Element.

Find the Generate Usage Summary action element, and then click
- Click Save As New Flow.
- If you’re updating an overridden version, then click Save As New Version.
- Enter a flow label, API name, and description for the flow.
- Save your changes, and then click Activate.
