Prepare to Migrate to Agentforce Revenue Management

Complete all the tasks of each phase in the mentioned sequence before moving to the next phase. There’s no set time frame. Progress at a pace that fits the business needs and complexity of your company.
About the Phases of Migration
Work through the three phases in the specified order. Each phase includes a set of questions and activities. When you’ve completed all the items in a phase, you’re ready to proceed to the next phase.
Note that strategy selection is part of phase 2, not phase 1. You select your migration strategy after you understand your current state, not before.

Complete phase 1 before making any strategic decisions. The outputs from this phase inform strategy selection in phase 2. - Phase 2: Decide Your Migration Strategy
Start phase 2 after finishing the assessment work in phase 1. This phase is where the team selects a migration strategy, defines the future state, and identifies who will help deliver the project. - Phase 3: Build Readiness
Phase 3 prepares your company before execution begins. The goal of this phase isn’t to start the migration, but to make sure that the migration starts successfully.
