New and Changed Objects for Energy and Utilities Summer '23

Do more with the newly updated Energy and Utilities objects.

BenefitType: Represents information about the type of benefits such as Support Benefits available to the loyalty program member
ProgramEnrollment: Represents details of enrollment for benefits in a program

The following objects require the E&U Cloud Usage Impact Access permission set:

UsageImpactGroup: Represents a collection of fields to set up the Usage Impact Groups used across jurisdictions and programs.
UsageImpactFactor: Represents a collection of fields to set up the Usage Impact Factors used across jurisdictions and programs.
UsageImpactGroupFactor: Represents a junction between a Usage Impact Group version and Usage Impact Factor definition.
UsageImpactGroupVersion: Represents a collection of fields to set up the versions of Usage Impact Groups.
UsageImpactGroupPgmMeasure: Represents a junction between the program, product, and Usage Impact Group version.

These objects require the E&U Cloud Program Access permission set:

ApplicationFormTemplate: Represents the fields to capture application metadata as a template which is used in application tracking and processing.
IndividualApplicationItem: Captures individual application input data that is used during runtime and the target object for which the application is submitted.
ProgramProduct: Represents a junction between a program and a product. This holds Product2 object values related to a Program object. Product2 is the object that represents a product.
IndividualApplication: Represents an application form submitted by an individual or business.
PreliminaryApplicationRef: Represents the saved applications and pre-screening forms.
Program: Represents information about the enrollment and disbursement of benefits in a program.
Benefit: Represents information about benefits associated with the loyalty program. Benefits are mapped to the members based on the tier or other program rules.
