          Deploy Tabs Faster in Utility Self Service Portal

          Now deploy new tabs as separate community pages faster through Digital Experience Builder.​ Your customers can now gain insights into their energy consumption by using the Energy and Gas Usage chart.

          Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.

          Who: To configure the Utility Self Service Portal, org admins need the Energy & Utilities Base Service license, and to use the portal, your customers need the Energy & Utilities Cloud for Digital Experience User license.

          How: To use the app, request a reference org. The app is delivered in an org that comes preinstalled with the Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy managed package and Utility Self Service Portal components. To migrate some or all of the Utility Self Service Portal​ components to your regular orgs, update your orgs to the ​​Salesforce Industries Communications, Media, and Energy​​ ​Spring '23​​.
