          Identify Sync Errors by Using Components in Sync Card

          Use the Sync card components such as the sync indicator to identify sync errors.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Agentforce 1, Einstein 1, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions with Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution and Agentforce for Consumer Goods Cloud add-on licenses.

          • Red error message: Indicates errors during sync. The message appears after sync completion.
          • Red exclamation mark: Indicates data upload or download errors during sync. During Initial Sync, the icon appears where the error occurs and remains after sync completion.
          • Sync indicator within Sync card: Shows the sync status from the User cockpit of the mobile app. A red exclamation mark appears for data upload or download errors during the final sync step. A broken chain icon appears for data upload or download errors due to connection interruptions and outages during the final sync step. A red exclamation mark appears for data upload or download errors due to both data errors and no network connectivity.
