            Set Up Agentforce for Unified Catalog

            Set up Einstein Generative AI and Agentforce to get access to the generative AI features and assets provided with Agentforce for Unified Catalog. Configure agents that assist your teams in optimizing their product and service process related tasks. Provide users access to work with agents.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Unified Catalog and the Agentforce Employee Agent add-on.
            1. Set up Einstein Generative AI.
            2. Enable Agentforce.
            3. Create an agent.
            4. Add subagents to your agent.
            5. Add actions to your subagents.
            6. Configure variables to decide how your agent uses subagents and actions.
            7. Test your agent.
            8. Connect agent to Lightning Experience.
            9. Give users access to your agent.
            10. Assign agent users the Unified Catalog User permission set to grant them access to work with Unified Catalog agent subagents and actions.
            11. Activate agent.
