You can directly open any version of the document template and perform supported actions such as Clone, Create New Version, Deactivate, and Delete.
The details on the template designer include:

|---|---|
| Template Name | Name of the document template. |
| Template Type | The valid template types are Microsoft Word, Microsoft 365 Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. |
| Usage Type | The usage type for the document template is derived based on the contract type configuration. By default, you see only the Contract Lifecycle Management usage type. You can configure additional usage types. |
| Status | The valid status of the document template version is restricted to active, draft, or archived. The valid status of the document template is active or inactive. The status of the document template is set to active when any one version of the document template is active. |
| Clone Only | Indicates whether the document template was exported using the industry-specific templates datapack (Yes) or a user manually created or cloned an exported document template (blank).
