Create a Digital Experience Site for Private Online External Review
Set up a Digital Experience site for your private external review, customize its layout, and then publish it.

Create a Digital Experience site for private external review.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select it.
- Click All Sites, and then New.
- Click Help Center template, and then click Get Started.

In the Name field, enter a name for the Digital Experience site.
For example, External Private Review.
- In the optional part of the URL field, enter the name of your newly created Digital Experience site without spaces.
- Click Next.
- Retain all options as is, and on the last page of the Set Up Help Center wizard, click Finish to complete the setup.

Remove the default page layout theme from the site you created.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select All Sites.
- For the Digital Experience Site you created, click Builder.
- Click Home, and then select External Review.
- Click Settings, and then Theme.
- On the Configure tab, and delete the Home theme.
- Next to Default theme, click Theme Layout Starter (Edit Properties).
- Clear the Show header checkbox.
- Next to ServiceNotAvailable theme, click Theme Layout Starter (Edit Properties).
- Clear the Show header and Show hero checkboxes.
- To view the preview of the submit and complete review, click Preview.
- Click Back to Builder.
- Click Publish.
- Enter publication description, and then click Publish.
- Click Got it.
- Click Settings, and then General.

Make a note of the name of the site from the Site Title.
The link for the site is created under Published Status.

Add profiles of users who can create contracts.
- Go to My Workspaces, and then click Administration.
- Click Members.
- From the list of Available Profiles, select Standard User and move it to the Selected Profiles list.
- Save your changes.
