Supported Actions Based on Document Template Version Status
The status of the template document version is restricted to active, draft, or archived. Each status corresponds to a specific set of actions.
To change the status of the document template version, use the dropdown option in the template version.

Clone: Creates a template version that you can name.
Note You can’t update the name after you clone the template. -
Create New Version: Creates a draft version of the document template. Associates the document template file from the previous version. The name, template type, and token mapping are duplicated. The new version of the Omnistudio Data Mappers is generated with the suffix "Copy{automatically generated unique number}". For example, "{DataMapperName}Copy169958895690}".

Deactivate: Moves the status of the document template version to draft.

Delete: Deletes the version of the document template.

Activate: Prevents edits to the fields on the document template version after the version is activated.
