Assign a Document Generation Request to a Salesforce Document Generation Batch Process
When you create a document generation process request, you can assign it to a document generation batch process.

To access the Document Generation Processes list page.

In your browser's address bar, replace everything after
.com/ in your org URL with 0nn.
For example, if your org URL is https://mycompany.lightning.force.com/lightning/r/Quote/0Q0J4000000xxxxxxx/view, change it to https://mycompany.lightning.force.com/0nn.

Press Enter.
To make Document Generation Processes available in the App Launcher, see Enable Access to Document Generation Processes from the App Launcher.

In your browser's address bar, replace everything after
.com/ in your org URL with 0nn.
- Click New.

In Document Generation Batch Processes, select the batch generation process that you
want to assign to the new document generation process.
You can assign document generation processes to a batch when the batch is in New, In Progress, or Queued status. You can’t assign requests after the batch reaches Completed.
- Enter the details of the document generation process.

Save your changes.
The document generation process is created, and it opens on the Details tab. The Document Generation Batch Process field shows the batch process associated with the document generation process request.
