            Limitations of Context Service for Document Generation

            Context Service has some functional limitations compared with Omnistudio data mappers. Consider these limitations when using Context Service for document generation.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            • Formula fields, filtering, ordering and default values such as image height and width, aren't currently supported in Context Definitions.
            • Mappings must be updated manually if new attributes or nodes are added.
            • JSON preview isn't available before document generation.
            • Context Service token mapping isn’t supported for document generation in the Omnistudio managed package. See Omnistudio Document Generation Document Templates.
            • Mapping multiple tokens to a single field isn’t supported in context definitions.
