          Create a Document Generator Page with Omniscript in a Digital Experience Site

          Create and publish a new page in your Digital Experience site to host an Omniscript for document generation. ADE dd the page to the navigation menu to give external users a quick, centralized way to access and generate documents.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To create a page in the Digital Experience site DocGen Designer
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences and select Digital Experiences.
          2. Under All Sites, click the Builder link for CLMPartnerCommunitySite.
          3. Create a page.
            1. In Experience Builder, click the Pages dropdown, and click + New Page.
            2. Select Standard Page and click Next.
            3. Select a layout and click Next.
              For example, choose the 1 full-width column layout.
            4. Enter a name in the Name field.
              For example, Document Generator. If the API Name shows an error, manually change it to documentgenerator.
            5. Click Create.
          4. Add the Omniscript component.
            1. Click the Components icon.
            2. Search for Omniscript.
            3. Drag the Omniscript component into the content area.
            4. In the properties panel, set Type to docGenerationSample and Sub Type to CoreSingleDocLWC.
            5. Close the properties panel.
          5. Publish the site.
            1. Click Publish in the top right corner of the Experience Builder.
            2. In the confirmation dialog, click Publish again.
            The site publishes and the page is available.
          6. Add the page to the navigation menu.
            1. In the Navigation menu, click Edit Default Navigation.
            2. Click + Add Menu Item.
            3. For Name, enter Document Generator.
            4. For Type, select External URL.
            5. For URL, enter your site’s base URL followed by /{api name}.
              For example: https://yourdomain.com/CLMPartnerCommunitySite/s/documentgenerator
            6. Click Save Menu.
          7. Publish the site again.
            1. Click Publish in the top right corner of the Experience Builder.
            2. In the confirmation dialog, click Publish.
            The navigation menu updates and is live.
          8. Verify the menu item.
            1. Open your Salesforce site.
            2. Click Document Generator in the navigation bar.
            The page loads with the Omniscript, ready for document generation.
