            Associate a Transform Plug-In with a Document Template

            Configure a document template to use a custom Apex transform plug-in during document generation. Document generation calls the transform plug-in automatically at run time.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To associate a transform plug-in with a template: DocGen Designer
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Document Templates.
            2. Open the template that you want to apply the plug-in to.
            3. For the token mapping method, select Context Service.
            4. In Custom Class Name, enter the Apex class name in the document template record, or specify the class name by using the API.
            5. (Optional) Select a context filter.
            6. Save the template.
