          Sort and Filter Decision Matrix Rows

          You can sort decision matrix rows in ascending or descending order of the values in a column. You can also filter rows based on column values.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions for clouds that have Business Rules Engine enabled

          To create, update, and delete decision matrices and matrix versions: Rule Engine Designer
          To use decision matrices in Business Rules Engine: Rule Engine Runtime
          1. Click App explorer icon., and then find and select Business Rules Engine.
          2. Click the app navigation menu, and then select Decision Matrices.
          3. Click the link for the decision matrix that you want to open, and then click the link for the version of the decision matrix.
          4. To sort rows in the decision matrix version:
            1. Click a column header.
              Clicking repeatedly toggles between ascending and descending sort orders. You can sort numerically or alphabetically.

          5. To create and apply row filters:
            1. On the Matrix tab of the version, click Funnel icon, which opens the Add Filter popup menu.​​.
            2. In the Filters window, click ​Add Filter​​.
            3. From the ​Field​​ dropdown list, select a column name.
            4. Select an ​operator​​​​.
            5. In the ​Value​ field, enter the value on which to filter.
              For a boolean field, select ​True​ or ​False​​.
            6. Click ​Done​​.
            7. To filter the rows, click ​Apply​​.
              Note
              Note For a large matrix, this process can take a few minutes. Including row edits in filters can also take time.
              Note
              Note Filters persist until you remove them.
          6. To remove a filter:
            1. Click Funnel icon, which opens the Add Filter popup menu.​​.
            2. In the Filters popup, click X for each filter that you want to remove.
            3. When you finish removing filters, click ​Apply​​.
