Sort and Filter Decision Matrix Rows
You can sort decision matrix rows in ascending or descending order of the values in a column. You can also filter rows based on column values.

Click
, and then find
and select Business Rules Engine.
- Click the app navigation menu, and then select Decision Matrices.
- Click the link for the decision matrix that you want to open, and then click the link for the version of the decision matrix.

To sort rows in the decision matrix version:

Click a column header.
Clicking repeatedly toggles between ascending and descending sort orders. You can sort numerically or alphabetically.

To create and apply row filters:

On the Matrix tab of the version, click
.
- In the Filters window, click Add Filter.
- From the Field dropdown list, select a column name.
- Select an operator.

In the Value
field, enter the value on which to filter.
For a boolean field, select True or False.
- Click Done.

To filter the rows, click Apply.
Note For a large matrix, this process can take a few minutes. Including row edits in filters can also take time.
Note Filters persist until you remove them.

On the Matrix tab of the version, click

To remove a filter:

- In the Filters popup, click X for each filter that you want to remove.
- When you finish removing filters, click Apply.
