Clone Service Process Definitions

Clone existing service process definitions to customize them to meet your business needs. A cloned service process definition retains all the data attributes of the original definition.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: all editions with the Industry Service Excellence licenses
User Permissions Needed
To set up and use Service Process Studio:

Industry Service Excellence permission set

AND

Other required object permissions
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Service Process Studio, and then select Service Process Studio.
  2. From the Service Process Definitions list, locate the service process definition to clone, and then from its action menu, select Clone.
  3. If needed, modify the Process Name and API Name.
  4. To use the cloned service process definition right away, click Save & Launch. To use the definition at a later time, click Save.
