Consider an address update service process request. A service agent gathers information such as address details, accounts that need address updates, and any additional information before creating a case for this service process request.
The data attributes that are created for an address update service process are shown in this example. The data attributes to store the address information are grouped in the Address Details section. The attributes to store the accounts that need address update are grouped in the Accounts to be Updated section. The attributes to store any additional information are grouped in the Additional Details section.
Consider another service process request related to disputed card transactions. A service agent gathers information such as customer responses and disputed transactions before creating a case for this service process request.
The data attributes for the service process request are shown in this example. The attributes to store the customer responses are grouped in the Customer Response section. The attributes to store the transaction-related details are grouped in the Disputed Transactions section.
- Create Data Attributes for Service Process Studio
Create data attributes based on the kind of information to be stored. Data attributes can be of Base or Extended types and can be grouped into sections. - Group the Data Attributes into Sections
When there’s a large set of data attributes to define for a service process, you can create sections and group the related data attributes within these sections. You can also reorder sections and move the data attributes from one section to another. - Considerations for Selecting Base Objects
Before you select a base object, we recommend that you review these considerations.
