Assigning the appropriate permissions is a fundamental setup step for processing service requests. These permissions control access and capabilities for various users, making sure that service designers and reps only have the necessary functions to manage and use service requests.

If you don't see Service Requests in the App Launcher, select the tab settings for your profile and set Service Requets to Default On. See View and Edit Tab Settings in Permission Sets or Profiles.
