Assign Licenses to Users
For your users to access Einstein Relationship Insights, assign a license.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission, and then select Permission Sets.

Select one of the two permission set labels.
- To assign the Einstein Relationship Insights Basic license, select ERI Basic User.
- To assign the Einstein Relationship Insights Growth license, select ERI Growth User.
- To assign the Einstein Relationship Insights Starter license, select ERI Starter User.
Note For organizations with the Restricted Twitter license, also select ERI Twitter User. - Click Manage Assignments.
- On the Assigned Users page, click Add Assignments.
- Select the users you want to assign licenses to, and click Assign.
