Set Up Einstein Relationship Insights on ARC
To view insights from Einstein Relationship Insights on ARC, you must set up Insights on ARC.
Before you start, ensure that the Financial Services Cloud (FSC) package is installed and person accounts are configured. Also ensure that you configure a person account as the Additional Person Record Object in the Einstein Relationship Insights setup page.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission, and then select Permission Sets.

Select one of the two permission sets based on the Add-on license.
- If you selected the Einstein Relationship Insights Growth license, click ERI Growth User.
- If you selected the Einstein Relationship Insights Starter license, click ERI Starter User.
- Click Manage Assignments.
- Click Add Assignments.
- Select the user you want to grant access to ARC, and click Next.
- Click Assign.
- Navigate to the object whose page layout has ARC, and from Setup, click Edit Page. For example, if you have the ARC layout on the Accounts page, navigate to the Accounts page.
- Drag the ARC Einstein Relationship Insights component to the page.
- Save your changes.
- Navigate to the page with ARC and refresh the page.
- To view the insights from Einstein Relationship Insights on ARC, click the Insights tab on ARC.
