Create Records
From Einstein’s relationships, create person or company records for the records that don’t exist. For a person or company record that’s incorrectly classified, you can change the record-type.
- Navigate to the record that you want to explore.

If a record doesn’t exist, click
to create one.
- If applicable, select the type of record that you want to create, and click Next.

In the record form, enter the required details.
If you find a company record that’s incorrectly classified, cancel the record creation process and create a person record instead. Similarly, if you find a person record that’s incorrectly classified, cancel the record creation process and create a company record instead.
- Save your changes.
A record is created and Einstein explores relationships for the record.
