Create Records

From Einstein’s relationships, create person or company records for the records that don’t exist. For a person or company record that’s incorrectly classified, you can change the record-type.

1. Navigate to the record that you want to explore.
2. If a record doesn’t exist, click to create one.
3. If applicable, select the type of record that you want to create, and click Next.
4. In the record form, enter the required details.
   If you find a company record that’s incorrectly classified, cancel the record creation process and create a person record instead. Similarly, if you find a person record that’s incorrectly classified, cancel the record creation process and create a company record instead.
5. Save your changes.
