Open Saved Records

From Einstein’s relationships, open existing records and explore relationships for that record.

1. Navigate to the record that you want to explore.
2. Click .
   Einstein explores relationships for the record.
3. If there are multiple matching records, in the Verify Matching Record window, confirm the match.
   • If you find a correct matching record, select it, and click Confirm.
   • If no records are correct and you want to create a record, click New.
