From Einstein’s relationships, open existing records and explore relationships for that record.
- Navigate to the record that you want to explore.

Einstein explores relationships for the record. -
If there are multiple matching records, in the Verify Matching Record window, confirm
the match.
- If you find a correct matching record, select it, and click Confirm.
- If no records are correct and you want to create a record, click
New.
