            See How Einstein Activity Capture Users Are Connected

            Einstein Relationship Insights uses email and calendar metadata from Einstein Activity Capture to show when a colleague is connected with a recommended relationship. Use Einstein Activity Capture to see how you’re connected with Einstein’s relationship recommendations. View the full connection path between you and the record that you want to explore.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To connect an account with Einstein Activity Capture: Use Einstein Activity Capture
            1. Open the record that you want to explore.
            2. View connections.
              • If you’re exploring relationships by using the list view, from the relationship recommendations, click See How You’re Connected.

                The See how you’re connected section shows the detailed connection path including the description.

              • If you’re exploring relationships by using the graph view, the relationship graph indicates connected colleagues by using solid line connections. To view the details, hover over your colleague’s record. To open the record, click the connected record.

            You can contact your colleagues to learn about or get introduced to the prospect.
