            Edit a Customer Business Plan

            Edit a customer business plan (CBP) to better align your promotions and long-term agreements with your business goals.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To edit a customer business plan: CGCloud KAM
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Customer Business Plan.
            2. Select the CBP whose KPI values you want to calculate or edit.
              The Edit KPIs tab with the calculation grid for the filtered category appears.
            3. In the KPI subset, select Baseline Management.
            4. If needed, change the layout of the CBP.
            5. To view the latest KPI data in your customer business plan, click Save and Calculate.
            6. In the calculation grid, click the cell that you want to edit, and enter the value.
            7. To update the cell value, press Enter or return.
            8. After you update all required values, click Save and Calculate.
              Important
              Important While you view and update the CBP, if another user updates and saves the CBP, the system can’t save your changes. Refresh the page to get the updated CBP, redo your changes, and then save again.
              The CBP calculates data for the account and shows the latest KPI metrics based on your changes.
