            TPM Accrual Data Kit

            This data kit integrates the generic accrual engine with TPM data.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience

            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Trade Promotion Management, Data Cloud, and CRM Analytics are enabled

            Three data transforms are part of this data kit.

            Transform Function
            TPM_DATA_TO_ACCRUAL_INPUT Fills the input data lake objects (DLOs) with CRM data and the data fetched from Consumer Goods Processing Services.
            TPM_ACCRUAL_CONFIGURATION_GENERATION Generates the accrual configuration from the given TPM configuration and fills the configuration DLOs.
            TPM_ACCRUAL_OUTPUT_DECORATION Enriches the generic accrual output records with TPM data. Data from the output DLO can then be used in reports.
            TPM_CALCULATE_TACTIC_FUND_LIABILITY_USING_ACCURALS Calculates a fund's liability.

            For TPM Accrual data kit, data is fetched from these tables:

            • promotionmeasures
            • dailymeasurereal
            • paymenttacticmeasures

            Here are a few examples of measure codes for data input to the TPM Accrual data kit.

            • SHIP: For daily measure real inputs to be considered for accruals.
            • BPTS, PPTS: For planned spend.
            • PAMC: For closed payments to calculate the paid amount.
