          Configure Accruals for a Sales Org

          Activate accruals for each sales organization individually. You can configure the specific fields that control how accruals are processed.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Trade Promotion Management, Data Cloud, and CRM Analytics are enabled

          User Permissions Needed
          To configure accruals for sales org: CGCloud Business Admin
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Sales Organization.
          2. Open the sales organization record that you want to configure.
          3. Click Edit.
          4. Under Accrual settings, perform these steps.
            1. Select Enable Accruals.
              Warning
              Warning After you enable accruals for a sales org, you can't disable it.
            2. Enter the Accruals Start Date.

              This field defines the start date for accrual processing. Tactics with dates before this date aren't included in accrual calculations.

            3. Select the Accrual Rounding Precision.

              This option controls the decimal precision for accrual calculations. You can select rounding up to six decimal places. The value defaults to 2.

            4. To differentiate accrual data between multiple sales organizations, enter the Accrual Usage Tag.
              This field identifies Trade Promotion Management accrual data and links it to a sales organization in Data Cloud.
          5. Click Save.
          6. Trigger the SF Data Sync for Sales Organization.
