Set Up Your Org
Verify that your org has the required licenses and that both Data Cloud and CRM Analytics are set up and available.

Verify that you have set up Data Cloud correctly.

Click the gear icon and go to Data Cloud Setup.
If you don't see Data Cloud Setup, your user profile may be missing the required permissions.

Make sure that you have the required permission sets.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
- Assign the Data Cloud Architect permission set to the appropriate users, such as the Salesforce admin.
- Assign the Data Cloud Architect permission set to the Accrual Ingestion Process User.
Note If you can't find the Data Cloud Architect permission sets, your org may not have the necessary licenses. Contact your Salesforce account executive for assistance. -
Choose one of these options based on the app that you're using to connect and
communicate with the TPM service from Salesforce.
- Configure the external client app manager.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter External Client App Manager, and then select External Client App Manager.
- Click the External Client App Name to open it.
- Go to Settings, find and select OAuth Settings, and click Edit.
- Add the cdp_ingest_api (Manage Data Cloud Ingestion API data) scope to the list.
- Configure the connected app.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Connected Apps OAuth Usage, then select Connected Apps OAuth Usage.
- Find your connected app for the Processing Services, and select Manage App Policies.
- In the OAuth Custom Scopes section, click Manage OAuth Custom Scopes.
- Add the cdp_ingest_api (Manage Data Cloud Ingestion API data) scope to the list.
- Configure the external client app manager.
- Click Save.
- Go to Data Cloud Setup and confirm that the setup checklist is complete.
Verify that you have set up CRM Analytics correctly.
- From the App Launcher, find and open Analytics Studio.
- If you can't find Analytics Studio, make sure that you’ve assigned the CG Analytics Admin permission set to the admin.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Analytics, and then select Analytics.
- Click Getting Started.

Click Enable CRM Analytics.
Check if Analytics Studio is available in the App Launcher.
