          Add Validation Dates Filter to the Link Tactic Page

          This example explains how to add a validation dates filter to the Link Tactic page.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions where Consumer Goods Cloud is enabled

          User Permissions Needed
          To add a validation dates filter to the Link Tactic page: CGCloud Business Admin
          1. Create two query UIs: Date From and Date To.
          2. Create a query validation.
            1. In Setup, find and select Custom Metadata Types.
            2. For Query Validations, click Manage Records.
            3. Click New.
            4. For label, enter Date Range Validation.
            5. For query definition, select Filtered Tactic Selection Query.
            6. In Execution Order, enter 2.
            7. Select Source Type as Date.
            8. For Source, select the query UI Date From.
            9. For Condition, select Source Is Greater Than Target.
            10. For Target Type, select Date.
            11. For Target, select the query UI Date To.
            12. Select Is Source Custom Label, and enter Date_From_Error as the source error message.
            13. Select Is Target Custom Label, and enter Date_To_Error as the target error message.
            14. Save your changes.
            You can see the From and To at the top of the Link Tactic page.
