Before You Begin
Before configuring the app, assign permission sets to administrators and users and activate CRM Analytics and the Scoring Framework.
- Assign admins these permission sets to create and manage the app:
- UseTPMRevenuePrediction
- TradePromotionMgmt
- CG Analytics Admin
- CRMA admin
- AI Accelerator User
- Assign users these permissions required to view the dashboard.
- UseTPMRevenuePrediction
- TradePromotionMgmt
- CG Analytics User
- CRMA User
- AI Accelerator User
- Enable CRM Analytics.
- Enable Scoring Framework.
- Give the Analytics Cloud Integration User profile access to all fields in the app.
- Preparing and Uploading External Data
To cluster the accounts and categories, the machine learning model requires external data. Ensure that the required external dataset, CSV file, and the Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) Calendar are available to configure the Clustering app. Use a CSV template file to load data from an external source. - Input Entities and Fields
