- Define the predefined target variable for your model. Select Sales Volume.
-
Select input features from the CRM Analytics dataset or from the Customer Extensions
object that you selected for training and scoring.
For more information, see Input Features.
-
To focus your predictions on a specific subset of the customer extensions data, define
filter conditions.
When configuring the baseline custom filter, select only the fields that you selected from the Customer Extensions object.
- Click Activate to create a CRM Analytics app for baseline sales volume forecast.
Users can create Forecast Baseline Sales Volume apps for multiple sales organizations by following the same steps, using different datasets and calendars as needed.
